i have UAT for my old client. actually this project had been go live since November 2010. but in July 2011 this Call Center project terminated by our sales team b'cause financial issues.
since end of December last year i've start preparing for them 2nd go live in 10January.
(what a "LONG" project time line... (>.<)' ).
really hope i can complete this project well b'cause after go live, the support for this project will be handle by anothe team...
